If you are looking for default IP address than you are most likely trying to access the management of your router but have somehow forget the IP address from which you can open the settings and status page for your router
Please note that default IP address used by most routers are
192.168.1.1
192.168.0.1
10.0.0.2
192.168.100.1
The default IP address of the router is actually also the default gateway assigned to your computer from the router, so If you can just open up the network connection details in Windiows (mostly by clicking on the computer icon showing network activity in taskbar) and note the default gateway address than it will be also your defaul IP address
